12:45 Tasting and lunch between the oldest wooden oak press followed by a demonstration of manual disgoring.
15:30 Visit of the terroir of de Côte de Montgeux followed by a tasting
17:00 Discover the unique terroir of Les Ricey, the only town with 3 AOC's. Tasting of le Rosé des Ricey as well as champagne vinified in amphora.
18:30 Check-in in IBIS Style hotel in Troyes
19:30 Visit of the old town + dinner

11:30 Interactive visit in the vineyards and tasting of a champagne vinified on the Solera way followed with a lunch at the champagne house
16:00 Visit and tasting at the exceptional Castle of Boursault
