This is a group for anyone who is interested in getting fitter or losing weight. Professionals and beginners alike.
We all know we should move a bit more and eat a bit less to make sure we either stay in shape or get back some shape, but it's often hard to find the right way to achieve the results we want, as well as find the time to exercise in a busy schedule. Also we get to doubting we can create a better body without a lot of sweat and tears.
So our meet ups are for both people who can inspire - and people who want inspiration. This means if you are a health professional please join and tell us how, and if you are someone like me who wants to stay fit and healthy .. come and be inspired.
This is for beginners and advanced people to get together and find out how we can live better lives and keep fit, as well as discuss what we don't like about diets and exrceise, albeit over a healthy glass of wine :-)
