From time to time our favourite Dutch bar, De Hems, organises a Dutch party. The next one will be on Wednesday 11th July and this time we're going to join them! There will be a Dutch DJ playing that essential blend of cool stuff and cheesy stuff that makes for a proper Dutch party; so it should be fun.
I've booked a table in the upstairs bar from 18:30 so we can speak a bit of Dutch before the party starts at about 19:30, but after that the DJ will start downstairs and they will pipe the music upstairs as well, so the time for talking will be over and partying will begin. If you are unsure of which tables we've reserved then please ask the upstairs bar staff. Bear in mind, if you arrive later, that we may have moved downstairs if the party is better there.
You'll find De Hems in a tiny street called Macclesfield Street which is off the main street (Gerrard Street) in London's ChinaTown about half way along. You can also get to it from Shaftesbury Avenue.
