Hampstead Heath - Photowalk
There are thirteen protected views in London, the most well-known being from King Henry VIII’s Mound in Richmond Park, to St Paul’s Cathedral. Hampstead Heath is host to three of the thirteen protected views in London. In this photowalk, we will explore the views of London from the heath, visit the Kenwood House stately home, walk through the 16 hectare Hampstead Heath Woods and explore the many ponds. This session is a photowalk so there will not be any teaching. There will be help on hand if you need some advice. EXPERIENCE LEVEL - Any EQUIPMENT - Any camera - Mobile phone or tablet camera - Bring a zoom for shots of the city - Tripods are recommended OTHER ESSENTIALS - Check weather for the day - Wear appropriate clothing/shoes for weather conditions JOURNEY DETAILS - Check the TFL website for any delays that may affect your journey. - We will be taking bus 210 from Archway Station (Stop W) to Compton Avenue Kenwood House (Stop E) - Also note that we will be finishing in the park at Parliament Hill Viewpoint which has a short walk downhill to Hampstead Heath overground station
