The story of an aging doorman who after being fired from his prestigious job at a luxurious hotel, is forced to face the scorn of his friends, neighbours and society.
A film completely absent of dialogue and inter-titles, the story is told entirely through the language of the camera and physical expression. This screening is part of Mimetic Festival 2013; a festival of the very best emerging mime, puppetry and cabaret in the UK.

Written by acclaimed film director Jamie Thraves (winner of the Hitchcock award at the Dinard Film Festival 2011), and loosely based on a story about the only missing or ‘lost’ film of Hitchcock’s 57 films, The Mountain Eagle (1926).
