Following last year's success, this week's Saturday morning run will be a special one, and not just because I will be getting my indolent butt out of bed and attending. We're going to start at the usual place in Kensington Gardens but instead of doing a circuit of the park we will run to Borough market where we will browse the exotic foodstuffs and probably have some kind of posh sandwiches for brunch.
The distance will be about 6km - roughly the same as usual - and as it's an unfamiliar route we'll be running together in one or two groups. There will be people who know the way in each group, so you don't have to worry about getting lost. We'll also be going at a leisurely pace, especially since I will just have returned from a holiday of eating pie and drinking beer, so don't worry about being left behind either.
We'll meet at 10am, just inside the Kings Arms Gate on the South West corner of Kensington Gardens.
If you need more information, don't hesitate to get in touch.
Look forward to seeing you there.
