Hi guys,

We have recently got a new meeting room at RecWorks and as mentioned on the list last week, we are open to running a free clinic for candidates/hiring managers to assist with any question you may have on any aspect of tech recruitment, career planning or talent development. I know that it's late notice, but we are going to run our first session on this tomorrow from 14:00 until 16:00. If you are interested in coming down for a chat, please do let email me directly and I will book you in.

Here are some example questions we're expecting, but we're happy to help with anything we can.

Example Developer questions:

- "How good is my CV? How can I improve it?"
- "What is the best way to prepare for technical tests?"
- "What are my career options?"
- "How do I get into contracting?"

Example Employer questions:

- "How can I recruit on a budget?"
- "What is the best way to attract and retain top technical talent?"
- "What is the best way to engage with the technical community?"

Anything we can't help with on the spot we will either find out or put you in touch with people that can. I would welcome any feedback on this idea. If it is successful and popular, and we are able to help people then we will look at running this as a regular session.

Kind regards,
