Mindful Yoga

Join us for our Wednesday Yoga session, lead by Travis! We focus on maintaining a mindful state through an awareness of the breath and body during a gentle-to-moderate intensity yoga asana practice and ending with a deep relaxation.

Bring mats, blocks, and blankets if you have them.

Note: For security reasons the front entrance will remain locked. Please park in the back parking lot and enter through the back door at the top of the stairs.

Note: Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access to the main meditation hall upstairs. An alternate sitting space may be made available upon request.

There is no charge for the Wednesday Yoga, but donations are gratefully accepted.
