Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners, everyone is welcome!

This is our midweek sit for all meditators, including those who have either taken the Beginners' Course or are relatively new to meditation. The first sit will be a 25-30 minute guided meditation, followed by walking meditation and time for a dharma talk and discussion. We will close with the Metta chant. Our Community Dharma Leaders will lead the sit on a rotating basis: Victor, Robert, Brad and Jane. Everyone is welcome!

Note: For security reasons the front entrance will remain locked. Please park in the back parking lot and enter through the back door at the top of the stairs.

Note: Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access to the main meditation hall upstairs. An alternate sitting space may be made available upon request.

There is no charge for the Wednesday Sit. Donations are gratefully accepted.
