This is a group for both beginner and experienced investors/developers who want to learn more about Opportunity Zones in Long Beach (and neighboring cities) and how we can utilize them to earn excellent returns while investing in the community. Federally Qualified Opportunity Zones are part of our current Administrations' tax plan and they were created to help investors defer or eliminate capital gains and increase returns by investing in assets located in designated zones. These zones are typically low-moderate income areas that need revitalization and jobs. This is a win-win scenario for the investors and the communities.
