All skill levels, are welcome. Meet once a week on Wednesdays at 6:30 pm for a classic yoga class (breathwork, asanas and shavasana). We also have a Sunday class that meets from 10:30- 11:30 - classic yoga flow - For more information please click the Facebook link on this Meetup Page.
The main practice is to connect to the breath and then connect the breath to the movement of yoga asanas (poses).
There are modifications for EVERYONE!! The hardest part is getting out and DOING IT!
