Our yoga classes will take place Saturday mornings before our meditation classes.

There are many components and dimensions to wellness and inner peace. It is essential to take proper care of your body while on this journey of self-realization. Your body is your temple, it is your vehicle for experiencing this reality and learning the lessons you incarnated here to learn. If you still haven't yet mastered your body, you will find it hard to progress on your journey back to wholeness.

Yoga is a Sanskrit word that translates as 'union.' The union is occurring between the mind, body and spirit. All components of the person are being yoked together. Yoga is all about creating balance within the body through developing strength, perseverance and flexibility. While practicing yoga you start to become aware of your body, your feelings, the world you live in as well as the needs of others around you. In a sense, yoga helps you to realize your oneness with all that is. Practicing yoga helps you learn to relax and handle stressful experiences with ease. It teaches you how to quiet your mind and channel your energy where you want it to go. Yoga cultivates self acceptance and self love.

Join this group to learn and build up your yoga and meditation practice. Yoga and meditation, together, creates a powerhouse of positive energy, allowing you to connect with your Higher Self.
