Welcome to Long Island Gone Wild! Try something new and discover exciting new ways to move your body, making exercise a fun choice and not a chore. We offer many different classes for all fitness levels including yoga, aerial arts, pole dancing and more. We are a group of yoga dorks, fierce fitness monkeys, ninja health warriors, spiritual gangsters, hula hippies, movement monsters, quiet seekers of adventure, nature lovers and tree huggers. Our mission is to build relationships and community through playful practice. This group is for those with an adventurous spirit who like to discover and explore new things. Ultimately, we choose to live life in a playful and zenful way with unbounded curiosity and a pure joy of living.

Dona Chandra is a New York native and fitness professional. In addition to her extensive fitness background, she is also a Registered Yoga Teacher, Thai Yoga Bodyworker and Licensed Massage Therapist. She teaches various styles of yoga and alternative fitness classes including acroyoga, aerial hammock, aerial hoop (Lyra) and pole dancing. When not teaching classes, Dona raises happy backyard chickens, is an avid reader and an obsessive fan of scary movies.
