Join us at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Amityville for our new Saturday morning health and weight loss group. This is unlike anything you have ever done before. Although we will be focusing on losing weight and also diabetes, we will work on specific issues as well. It's all related. So whether you want to lose weight, work on a specific issue, or just enjoy general health, this group is for you! The leader will not just teach you, but guide you through the steps needed to not only succeed but to maintain your health. This new program works using a multi-faceted approach to health. Why? Because there is not a single cause of obesity or disease. Join certified holistic health coach John Vercelletto each Saturday and get your health back on track. Make sure you are there for the first meeting and do bring a friend. If you miss the first meeting, no worries, John will catch you up whenever you start. This is open and FREE to all people even those outside the church. There is nothing to purchase or join. We are getting the room for free so it's free for you. This group was formed to meet, learn, share, and exchange ideas and remedies for alternative / natural / holistic health and healing. The goal is to meet at least monthly, more as needed to learn and discuss various modalities and to exchange natural remedies and lifestyle changes.

Practitioner members are encouraged to "run" a meeting for their "modality" to help others learn. Sharing is encouraged.
