We are a community of people interested in building old school hardcore strength using basic strength training methods. We train outside, from the cold winters of New York to the hot summers at the beach. With my 20+ years of professional experience working with clients and myself, I help them build strength beyond their mental limitations. Everyone is welcome from newcomers to advanced athletes. We will teach you from the ground up how to build your health, strength, vitality and power through strategic time tested method. All money goes to children non-profit organizations. So come out and join the party!

April 2023 Celebration Start Anew Outdoor Workout!

Hello Everyone! It's been a while since we did our last workout, so we are going to start anew now on the first day of April!

Let's get outside breathe some fresh air while we put our body temple through an amazing workout journey! Let's all join as a community to be part of like minded in our health, strength vitality and well-being.

We will be training mostly with kettlebells using a warrior style approach to excellent health, strength and vitality! This is going to be a total body training experience. Lets experience this amazing outdoors training methodology in the beginning of the spring season.

We will be implementing a mix of kettlebells movements!

Come and learn optimal kettlebell and training methods to build a healthy, lean, strong body and mindset. This is going to be a great, fun, highly effective training session. Come whether you are a beginner or an advanced level athlete as this will take your training to a new level. Come and join a group of highly minded fitness enthusiasts! Afterwards you will feel AWESOME!

There will be kettlebells and possibly other equipment for everyone. If you have any training equipment (dumbells, kettlebells, bands, barbells, etc.) you'd like to bring please bring it! There will be a selection of kettlebell weights to choose from for all.

Please bring a bottle of water and something to lay down such as a blanket or yoga mat because we will be doing some exercises that will be laying down.

We will be training outside in the nice weather at Peter Nelson Park in Huntington. You will be challenged based on your own fitness level while having fun and learning optimum training techniques!

We are not collecting any money. We are asking all whom attending to please donate to children non profit organizations. Here a some to choose from: http://www.salesianmissions.org/ , https://www.stjude.org/ , https://cmmb.org/

Our suggested donation is $20 for this event at any children non-profit organization you desire. Please make the donation to the non-profit organization's website.
