Learn optimal kettlebell and training methods to build a healthy, lean, strong body. This is going to be a great, highly effective training session. Great for beginners and advanced level athletes as this will take your training to a new level. Afterwards you will feel AWESOME!
There will be kettlebells, sledge hammer, tree logs and possibly other equipment for everyone. There will be a selection of kettlebell and sledge hammer weights to choose from for all.
