What: Speed and Track Work!
When: Every Other Monday at 7 PM! (Alternates with 4-mile Run)
Where: You can either meet us at the track at McCarren Park at about 7:20, or at our usual meeting spot at 5th Street and 46th Road at 7:00 for a 2 mile warm up run to the track (over the Pulaski Bridge, then down Manhattan Avenue to the park).
After the workout, runners can either gather with us at a Brooklyn bar or head back via jogging/G train/Uber.
We will wait up to 5 minutes for late arrivals, so please be prompt!
All paces are welcome - no one will be left behind!
