What we're about

The Longmont Crafts Guild at Tinkermill is a community-wide organization established to explore the doing, teaching, and revitalizing of age-old hand-crafts. Beyond that, we wish to nurture the traditional ideals of Craft within the creative mix present in today's hi-tech culture. We endeavor to illuminate and re-establish the underlying meaning behind making, one crafted piece at a time.

The Guild exists for local individuals, small businesses or organizations who make any kind of crafted items from metals, beads, glass, clay, stone, fiber, etc., or who would like to learn. We meet at Tinkermill in Longmont, Colorado which is a makerspace community supporting various craft and technical shops with tools, equipment and expertise. (see tinkermill.org)

Let's explore together how the Guild might support your interests in craft within an environment of creativity and innovation. There is no charge. All skill levels welcome.

We meet at Tinkermill on the third Sunday of every month. Check MeetUp for meeting time and to RSVP. Tinkermill membership encouraged but not required.
