Thursday Morning Eagle Run – 6 AM

I'm definitely not trying to compete with the Lefthand Brewery Run, but I wanted to list an option for those of us who can't make evening runs (and yes I know that getting up at 6AM to run in the almost dark does not qualify as competition to a run that has "brewery" listed in the title)

The Thursday Morning Eagle Run is a "decide what type of run you want to do when you get to the Eagle trailhead at 6AM" run.
There is the usual loop, the longer loop, interval workouts, hill workouts etc.
I hope to convince at least one other person, if not everyone, to join me for some hill work since it’s never fun to suffer alone and running up and down hills at 6AM in the almost dark is definitely an invigorating way to start your Thursday! It also allows people at different paces to "run" together.

    The warm-up and cool down jog will be for all paces, same as for the hill repeats-just go your own pace and get stronger! You can work on drills, uphill/downhill form, etc. Come join in the fun alongside other motivated people. DV, Mike L, Jessica and Thomas-you are missed!       On one hand I am glad you are taking a rest week...on the other hand, if you just ran my pace for the hill workout-it would be virtually the same as your rest week.
