This is a very simple opportunity to practice meditation. It's just sitting meditation with one period of walking meditation in the middle. No discussion group, no tea, just practice. This meditation is hosted by various groups that share The Meditation Place - Shambhala, Zen, others. Practice in whatever style you like. No fee, no need to bring anything - we have meditation cushions and chairs.
If you're new to meditation and would like some meditation instruction, please arrive 10 or 15 minutes early.
