Can you run 5K or more? Do lift weights or go to cross-fit 2 or more time a week? And are you interested in completing a Spartan Trifecta? I am currently training for the Spartan Sprint (3+ Miles) and the Super (8+ Miles) in Feb down in Phoenix AZ with the goal of working up to the Beast (12+ Miles) in Aug 2018 locally in the Colorado Rockies (location still TBD). There is a Sprint/Super in Fort Carson May 5-6 that you could start training for. The 2018 year will be a workup to my ultimate goal of completing the Ultra Beast (26+ Miles) in August of 2019. My goal is not time but completion! The Spartan Beast and Ultra Beast deserve their names and I would love to have a team together by then to help one another through the courses. All experiences welcome! I have base plans that I am working on/building as I go, so if you want to just show up and participate that is awesome! If you have experience and want to contribute, that is totally awesome also and welcomed! You can participate at any time, I just started training for the shorter ones and after Feb I will restart from the beginning and work toward the longer runs/courses.
