Dream Group for Personal Development
Use the wisdom of your dreams to tap into a deeper understanding of yourself, your soul, and your life's purpose. We use a variety of established methodologies for dream interpretation, including the analytical psychology of Sigmund Freud and C. G. Jung; the dream work of Gestalt psychotherapy; Llewellyn Vaughn-Lee's blend of Jungian dream work and spiritual development within the Sufi tradition; the lightening dream work (also known as, "if it were my dream") method from Robert Moss; the Dream Tending method of Steven Aizenstat; and shamanic journey techniques. This is a participatory group process. All work is guided by psychotherapist and spiritual counselor Michael Da. Do I Need Prior Experience? No. What Should I Do to Prepare? I recommend you write down at least one or two dreams before coming. It will help you engage with the group and the process. What Should I Bring? • Your dream journal, if you have one. • Some way to take notes: a notebook, journal, iPad, etc. Do I Need to RSVP? Yes. Minimum of 2 days before the group. How Much Does It Cost? $25. Where Is It? Michael's home and office in southwest Longmont. It’s near Diagonal Hwy & Airport Rd, 10 minutes from north Boulder, 10 minutes from downtown Longmont, 10 minutes from Lyons, or 20 minutes from Lafayette. I have a large and comfortable space for these events. There is plenty of parking on the street. Are There Pets At This Location? No. Who Is the Facilitator? You can find out more about me at https://www.michaelda.com/about
