We're doing it again, for those who missed out on the last one. Please- if you attended last time this event is not for you.
We'll be making Italian sausage and German bratwurst from scratch. Chose your meat(s) and types(s)- Pork, or Turkey. Pork is juicier and a little richer, turkey is a little drier and less fat. The spices dominate. We'll use pork casings, although you can take yours home bulk.
Each person will make and take home 3 pounds of sausage links, about 12 sausages. Specify what kind of meat you prefer when you register, or chose both! Also state Italian or brats or half and half when signing up.
Note: bratwurst contains milk, if you are sensitive.
Please- only those that have been fully vaccinated may attend! No exceptions.

Please bring your own refreshments; an appetizer to share is always welcome.
