What kind of bread do you like to bake?

White and wheat blend sourdough loaf - a boule, pasta and ravioli, Julia Child's-style pie crusts, biscotti, cinnamon bread for kick ass French toast, old fashioned corn bread, biscuits, cookies, cakes, etc.

probably intermediate

Are you interested in helping build bread ovens?

Why, yes! But my hauling bags of concrete days are long behind me.

Absolutely.
