Please describe your interest in Clojure

I'm very interested in potential developer productivity gains (given that Clojure is a Lisp), and still being able to use the full power and richness of Java. Clojure seems to be a compelling combination of these two things.

Introduction

I'm a software developer at Factual, Inc. in Santa Monica. I work on the back end data store. We've started using Clojure in a limited capacity in production.
