We are a loving and supportive community of beautiful beings that believe in the positive effects of a guided meditation practice. As a group, we come together with the intention of supporting each other in our practice. By practicing as a group, we contribute positivity and love to the collective energy of the planet.Join us in cultivating peace and love within our hearts with the intention of sharing with all beings.

My name is Brandon Alteen. I have practiced meditation for 20 years. I have made healing a priority in my life for the past 15 years. I have put together a guided meditation that I believe can bring about transformative change. It includes mindfulness, 5-sense awareness, intention setting, grounding, body awareness, energy center (chakra) clearing and heart centered awareness.

The simplicity of the practice is well suited for both beginner and advanced meditators. There is no physical effort involved. The practice involves relaxing, letting go, trusting and surrendering. As in all practices, commitment to your practice will bring about the best results. As you practice regularly, you will be able to relax, let go, trust and surrender more and more. This is the practice.

The simplicity and repetition of the practice will assist you into entering the hypnagogic state (the state between wakefulness and sleep) during your session. This is where the true magic happens and where all intentions are possible.

We will begin with simple breathing to settle in. We will surrender into the support of the surface beneath the body. Allowing gravity to assist the body to melt down towards the earth. Following the setting of the intention for our practice, we will guide awareness through an extended body scan, connect our energy centres and feel light fill our physical bodies.

Bringing awareness to the body and deeply relaxing has many health benefits for the mind & body.

My intention is to create a space where you can, for a moment in time, let go of who you think you are... Rediscovering who you truly are.

*****Please make yourself comfortable for your session by laying down on a Yoga mat or bed (you can also be in a reclining position or a comfortable seated position of your choice). The goal is maximum comfort, to support stillness throughout your practice.
I recommend the use of a blanket to keep warm. An eye-pillow (or towel) will create darkness for the eyes, which will signal melatonin production from the pineal gland assisting you to further relax.
You can position a pillow behind the neck and/or under the knees for maximum comfort.
Your microphone will be muted during the session. You can choose to have your camera on or off.
We will begin the guided meditation a couple of minutes after the scheduled start time to allow a few others to join in.
Relax, let go and surrender to gravity for best results throughout your session. Gently listening to my words and not worrying about missing any words or rigidly following any directions. Simply allow the hearing to be done for you. It is normal to drift in and out of the hypnagogic state during the sessions, the state between wakefulness and sleep.
The more you practice, the more you will get results. Regular practice can change your life.
