Raising a child with dyslexia can be wonderful and terrible, invigorating and terrifying, joyful and distressing. Many times it’s all those things at the same time! It can also be lonely. Parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles- anybody who is touched by the life of a dyslexic child is welcome. Get together with people who know what it’s like, who are living it right along with you. Share resources, tips on advocacy and remediation, drinks and who knows maybe even a hug or two.
