Tasty Cocktails & Fun Singles @ Mixology 101

Join us for a fun-filled Mixer at Mixology 101!

OTHER GROUPS WILL JOIN US!

Reasons you might need a cocktail at the Grove:

—The towering parking garage.

—The astounding crowds.

—The trolley that almost took you out.

As for where to get it: introducing Mixology101, a big, airy ode to outdoor drinking from a top LA bar guy, located above the intersection between the Grove and the Farmers Market.

You know that intersection.  Where you cross over from the shops to all the food. Well, take the big green staircase up from the corner, and suddenly you’re away from it all. But with a view of it all.  There are windows everywhere, and some of them roll up to let in a breeze that will ripple your Poolside Brass—it’s got gin, coconut water, elderflower and prosecco.  All of which are overly qualified as day-drinking ingredients.

The list here is kind of epic—Joe Brooke (the Edison, Next Door Lounge) will be pouring everything from old-school classics (Vieux Carré) to modern inventions like the Breakfast Martini, which has some orange marmalade.

Mixology 101 is the perfect place to come out and relax and have a drink, while mingling and getting to know new people!

Its okay to come by yourself…you won’t be by yourself for very long!

Food and drink is at your own expense.

Hi Santos. Sailing is great! Is there a motor on your sail boat? Have a nice day see you there!

Hi Jennifer. Yes there is a motor on the sailboat. It's pretty much a must to sail it out of the marina to the ocean. Day sails are from Long Beach to Marina del Rey or weekend sails are from Long Beach to Catalina Island.

I see your into producing documentaries, well I run www.GreenQuest.tv, which promotes awareness regarding social, political, and environmental issues. Let me know if I could help you in anyway. See you soon!

Hi Everyone. If you see me stop by and say hi. I like to meet new people, network, and even trade hobbies. I'm into sailing, so if you want to feel the ocean breeze, let's go out for a day sail but you must have a hobby to trade.

Hey I love to sail. I've been doing it since I was little. Originally from North Carolina. We should say hi!

Nice Karen. I started sailing two years ago, so I'm not as experience as you are, but I am certified by the ASA. We should definitely say hi! I'm from Cali but lived 6 months in Fayetteville, NC.
