At the end of 2019, let’s get together and have an entire day of R fun at Warner Bros in Burbank. 2019 has been a great year for SoCal R users. Several R Users Groups and R-Ladies either started or restarted to serve all communities in Southern California. Let’s take this chance to celebrate and get to know each other.

While the LA groups will be hosting, this is a joint event with the LA R Users Group, R-Ladies LA, R-Ladies San Diego, R-Ladies Irvine, Orange County R Users Group, R-Ladies Riverside, R-Ladies Pasadena, R-Ladies Santa Barbara, and Santa Barbara R Users Group.

***Please submit your talk or lightning talk proposals via Google Form (https://forms.gle/n4XW6fEvdfYUo2Ue8)*** We want to make sure that we have talks from as many SoCal R groups as possible! by Nov 15 and we will notify selected speakers by Nov 18. Note that we will prioritize diversity in proposal selection. First-time speakers are welcome!

Our Headline speaker will be Julia Stewart-Lowndes of R-Ladies Santa Barbara, who also recently gave a keynote at useR 2019!
