I am a vegetarian but often flirt with vegan diet and love to learn new recipes or methods of substitution in cooking and baking that make a healthier vegan meal.
I have several recipes that I have either made or adapted from vegetarian or non-vegetarian originals. I continue to look for new and innovative ways of adapting recipes (baking and cooking) to make appealing vegan meals in place of vegetarian or non-vegetarian options. In particular, I seek high iron options and substitutions as I run anemic.
I'm a vegetarian and appreciate those living the vegan lifestyle and often cook and bake vegan options and am always looking to improve my skills, knowledge of vegan cooking alterations and/or recipes. I likewise love to share any vegan recipes.
