This retreat is a full-throttle yoga experience in Topanga, CA designed with tradition, intensity, and discovery in mind.

If you're looking for the next step in your yoga practice, or insight into meditation and mental peace, or just wonderfully unique adventure, this retreat is made for you!

We'll be doing A LOT of yoga for 4 days and 4 nights, all in a beautiful estate with delicious freshly cooked meals, and wonderful people. The mornings breakdown meditation. The afternoons breakdown breathing techniques. There are 2 yoga classes per day with traditional yoga techniques thrown in between (like fire-gazing and endurance chanting).

This morning meditation is about fighting for the beautiful moments by dragging ourselves out of comfort and straight into wakefulness! Best way to do that is to rise with the sun. Then we breathe like a hurricane and play in the waves. It's a pocket-sized adventure. It elevates the day and adds meaning to the weeks that flash by! It starts at 6 am on the beach. There's a quick overview of the breathing exercises for those that are new. Then we practice and meditate for 45 minutes. Then we take a dip in the ocean for 5-10 minutes. Chai tea is served after. ** Bring a towel, a change of clothes, and a cushion/pillow for sitting in meditation if it's needed. ** Google Ocean View Park. Then park in the parking lot on the beach across the street from the park. It's free at this time. Then, walk straight to the beach and you'll see us sitting. Also, I have tattoos on my hands and throat, so if you see me just ask about meditation. **This is a community event. Free of charge. No donations accepted:)
