This morning meditation is about fighting for the beautiful moments by dragging ourselves out of comfort and straight into wakefulness! Best way to do that is to rise with the sun. Then we breathe like a hurricane and play in the waves.
It's a pocket-sized adventure. It elevates the day and adds meaning to the weeks that flash by!
It starts at 6 am on the beach.
There's a quick overview of the breathing exercises for those that are new.
Then we practice and meditate for 45 minutes.
Then we take a dip in the ocean for 5-10 minutes.
Chai tea is served after.
** Bring a towel, a change of clothes, and a cushion/pillow for sitting in meditation if it's needed.
** Google Ocean View Park. Then park in the parking lot on the beach across the street from the park. It's free at this time. Then, walk straight to the beach and you'll see us sitting.
Also, I have tattoos on my hands and throat, so if you see me just ask about meditation.
