This group is for you walking and fitness aficionados! If you are committed to enjoying a good walk or hike same times same places this is your group!
This group is for women looking for companion walking partners. If you have a flexible schedule and interested in outdoor exercise please join our group.
We will meet 3 times per week. This group is for moderate walkers, please plan to walk 1 and a half hours approximately 4 plus miles. If this is what you are looking for.
