What we're about

This group is for anyone who has experienced loss and is ready to find healing.

Loss is experienced by all, in various ways. Many people experience profound, and sometimes, crippling loss in ways that do not involve the death of a loved one. Trisa has a gift for gently moving those that are ready to heal through the grief. She facilitates the space for accessing awareness that is freeing and allows for choice, healing and empowerment.

These Meet-ups are an opportunity to meet others in the community and create a support system. Our Meet-ups consist of a safe space for sharing, a topic of discussion, and awareness tools to allow participants to progress towards healing.

Trisa McBride is the mother of four beautiful children, founder, entrepreneur, and public speaker. Following the loss of her son James, Trisa founded and directed operations of a therapeutic treatment center for teens and families, in memory of her son. Over time, as she worked through her grief and loss, Trisa founded a seminar series for others that have lost a loved one, Loss to Life Seminar Series*. Trisa has a passion for facilitating freedom for those that find themselves ready to heal. She believes that this world is ready to, not only move beyond suffering, but to use the pain as a catalyst for greatness, purpose and joy.

*Three-day intensive seminars are also available at a discounted price for Meet-up participants.

Loss to Life 3 Day Seminar

James Mason Center For Recovery

$495.00

This seminar is for anyone who has suffered the loss of a loved one. Participants will find a new level of healing and connection to life. Is Loss to Life seminar right for you? If you are struggling with one or more of the following experiences, this seminar is designed to create healing and freedom... - If your loss is a predominantly driving force in your life... - If you have been unable to make it through a day, or even a week, without significant pain and suffering... - If you are experiencing moderate to severe depression and/or anxiety stemming from the time of your loss or increased by your loss... - Your personal relationships or work relationships and productivity has suffered, and you do not feel that you are able to be “who you used to be”... - Your children or partner are feeling the prolonged impact of grief and are also finding themselves unable to connect to life in the way that they did before their loss... - You find yourself in a mental loop of guilt, shame, and "should've could've would've" around the loss of your loved one... We advise that you allow approximately 2 years from the time of your loss to participate in this seminar. This is a suggestion that will differ from person to person... This is not about “getting over it” or being ready to “move on” from your loved one. It is honoring the process of grief and allowing time to experience your loss in the way that is natural for you. The Loss to Life seminar series is designed to facilitate healing and gently bring awareness to, and lift mental constructs that increase suffering, prolong and intensify the pain and block healing process.
