This is a group for anyone who does road cycling and looking to get back in shape. Looking for 25-35 miles to start and work up to a comfortable 45-50 miles in a couple of months. We can start on the Raleigh Greenway trail near Capital Area Greenway and work our way up to some hills as we go. Avg pace on the flats 15 with hills 13-16 for now. No drop rides. Coffee stop or food & drink after the ride.
