What Agile challenges or topics do you hope to see at these meetings?

How does a Scrum Team handle rewrite projects that have legacy systems attached? How does one go about implementing when the users have what they need/want now (or so they think). This thought process makes buy-in, testing and incremental releases difficult.

Introduction

Hi, my name is Brandon Rogers and I am a Scrum Master at Samtec, Inc. I have been practicing Agile and more specifically Scrum for the last 2 1/2 years.
