What we're about

This meet up will provide opportunities for women in Louisville and surrounding towns to build an inclusive, supportive, authentic, and joyful community, in which we make our own and each other's lives more wonderful, and enrich the well-being of our area. We hope to connect deeply, have fun together, share meaningful conversation, play games, enjoy good food or drinks, participate in activities like hiking / biking / running, make new friends, explore open space, and support local businesses, arts, & cultural events. And we're open to hearing what you'd like to help create too!

Netflix Movie Club

Memory Square Park

Changing the location to Memory Square Park in Louisville if you feel comfortable coming out. I am limiting the group to eight people so we can socially distance. Everyone can bring a chair and we can discuss the movie keeping six feet apart (please bring a mask). I changed the time from 530 to 600 to allow people to pick up some takeout and cocktail to bring, if you wish. We can pick up where we left off for the movies. We will see how this works.... Come join our Netflix Movie Club. It’s like a Book Club but discussing movies instead. Watch the movie beforehand and come join us to talk about it. When we met in December, the folllowing movies were picked (had to pick some honorable mentions since some were no longer on Netflix): - Jul - The Fundamentals of Caring - Aug - Beasts of No Nation - Sep - The Laundromat - Oct - Mississippi Grind - Nov - Swiss Army Man - Dec - Enemy As of 1/1, all these movies are on Netflix. If you don’t get a chance to watch the movie or hated it, that’s okay. Come join us anyway. If you cannot attend, please update your RSVP ahead of time.
