In our next event we will embark on a trip to Tibet, the highest peak of the world, both in terms of mere geography as well as of consciousness.
Osho says that no one in history of human kind before has ever tried such a hazardous spiritual experiment: Tibetans tried for thousands of years to preserve bodies in which some extraordinary phenomenon happened. Lama Karmapa said to Osho that one his body from a previous birth is preserved in a cave in Tibet. There are 99 bodies preserved and the 97th is Osho's.
So the link between the contemporary Enlightened Master Osho and the Tibetan tradition is very strong and intimate. It is no surprise that the Dalai Lama stated: “Osho is an Enlightened Master who is working with all possibilities to help humanity overcome a difficult phase in developing consciousness”.
Based on his direct experience of the Tibetan spiritual tradition, Osho has designed a magical meditation technique: Nadabrahma (the divine sound) which we will experiment during our next meditation camp.

Dynamic Meditation: this hour-long method is a powerful way to kick-start your day. It provides an outlet for tension and withheld emotions as well as being a great energy-booster!
Osho discourse: the Osho audio talks are keys to understanding silence. For the first time in history, talking is used to provide an experience of listening, not to gain knowledge but to directly experience one’s own center of stillness, silence and relaxed awareness.
Nadabrahma: accompanied by music composed under Osho’s guidance, this old Tibetan technique was originally done in the early hours of the morning and it is based on the humming sound, which creates healing and harmonising vibrations throughout the body. Slowly the mind calms down and only the sound remains.
Kundalini: this method is a gentle yet effective way to release all the accumulated stress of your day.

The event will run from 9.15am to 5.00pm. Please arrive by 9.15am sharp with an empty stomach or light breakfast (at least 2 hours before) for the Dynamic Meditation. Hot drinks and nibbles will be provided.
Lunch: you can bring your own lunch or there is a vegetarian cafe next door where we can eat all together.
