Love Property in N1 in association with Rooks Rider Solicitors LLP and The Islington Company are hosting a panel of speakers around a wide range of residential property matters.

Nicholas Ayre, Home Fusion

Nicholas Ayre was bitten by the property bug soon after he arrived in London from New Zealand in 1994. In 2003, having already conducted several property searches for friends during his spare time, he quit his career in media and technology to set up Home Fusion. He is used to buying and renting homes across central London, and has managed dozens of searches across the capital. He has found property from the West End to the City, from Clapham to Hampstead, from Holland Park to Clerkenwell - and beyond.

Having completely renovated several flats himself, Nicholas is particularly familiar with all manner of practical issues related to property refurbishment. He has worked with clients from the UK and countries as diverse as Russia, Australia, the U.S., China and the Gulf States.

And with nearly a decade's experience in the London property scene, he is well-positioned to share his experience and contacts to benefit clients as they find their next property in London.

Jennifer Nursiah, Coreco

After 7 years mortgage broking experience, Jennifer joined Coreco who are a fully independent, professional mortgage brokerage based in the City of London, with access to the whole mortgage market as well as schemes that are solely for our use. Coreco specialise in all types of mortgages and are experts in large mortgage loans, short lease mortgages and complex offshore currency loans.

David Coleman, Rooks Rider Solicitors LLP

David is a real estate executive with many years of experience in advising on residential properties with particular expertise in dealing with leasehold properties.

Lucy Riley, Rooks Rider Solicitors LLP

Lucy is a leading lawyer in the field of leasehold enfranchisement advising on freehold purchases and lease extensions under the 1967 and 1993 legislation. Lucy also advises on residential and commercial sales and purchases, residential and commercial landlord and tenant, secured lending and landed estates.

Vaida Filmanaviciute, The Islington Company

Co-founder and letting manager for The Islington Company. Vaida Filmanaviciute, brings her diverse experience in residential lettings and a very fresh mind to the lettings market. She has a has a Technical Award in Residential Property Letting and Management as well as considerable experience in the field, having previously worked for a specialist letting and management agency. She also gained significant experience in the London rental market while working as a negotiator for a large corporate estate agency in their flagship office in Islington in their lettings department.
