This class is great for everyone, and perfect for beginners!
Join me for Yoga. This is a 45-minute class designed to fit into a busy schedule, so you can grab a classwhile you're in town and still be home in time for a relaxing evening.
This class is full of really friendly people and offers all the benefits of yoga:
- gives the muscles a good stretch out
- aligns posture
- works on flexiblity and strength.
It leaves you feeling energised and super chillaxed. It's a great way to destress at the end of the working week!
