The thing is that sometimes when we are deep in the trenches we do not realise how far we are in it until we feel so emotionally stretched that we feel easily frustrated and secretly resentful about always putting our children and family ahead of ourselves while feeling guilty for feeling this way. We become our worst critic and we run on short fuses. The loss of pre-children freedom and sleep deprivation are only some aspects of change on our identity. Societal messages and celebrity lifestyles only add on more pressure upon ourselves.

Most of us have not been brought up to recognise the power and importance of self-love but we know that the love we want to give our children is far more than the love we give to ourselves.
I am a motherhood empowerment coach who managed to find her inner radar to self-love and emotional balance more than ten years ago! I mentor and support mothers, I am an advocate for mother’s self-love and intuition and help them surf the waves of motherhood.
