Join me, Christine, for a FREE 1-hour Hatha Flow Yoga class. Classes are held in the beautiful outdoors, weather permitting. I've been practicing yoga for over a decade and I would like to share the gift of yoga with you. A Hatha/vinyasa flow practice allows for the body and breath to align, increase energy flow and decrease stress as you engage in a sequence of yoga poses. Classes are both relaxing and at times challenging, and will include: pranayama/meditation, and will end with wonderful juicy savasana. There will be something for everyone to enjoy!
Please bring a yoga mat or towel and any other props you may want. Also, recommended: water, wear layers of clothing (as the weather may be a bit chillier).
Classes are open to ALL LEVELS.
