What we're about

Low Country Paddlesports is all about connecting people to the water and to other kayakers. We specialize in sea kayaking, whitewater and freestyle. New to the sport? Intermediate? Expert level? Pefect! There is always something going on to catch you interest and help you on your personal kayaking journey. So what makes us different?

Top flight ACA certified instructors are present at each Meetup to assist and offer pointers. Additionally these folks are medically trained in the event of an emergency.

Venues consistently rotate offering something for everyone. We also listen to what you would like to paddle!

Our sponsors offer great deals on instruction and kayaking products to all members saving you $$$$$

Why not give us a try and joining our rapidly expanding family of kayakers? We look forward to paddling with you!

The best,

Greg

Super Fun Strokes and Concepts: It's time for finesse!

Paradise Island Boat Landing

$75.00

• What we'll do Beginning paddlers intrinsically figure out how to move forward and backwards and that's great. Somehow we always get the questions of "how come my boat is so hard to keep straight ?" or "why are my arms to tired?" We can help get these questions and many more answered for sure. This clinic is specifically designed to help you understand the tenants of an efficient paddle stroke. We will cover all the mechanics involved in making this happen in a fun way. You will get an amazing core workout for sure moving your boat forwards, backwards and in circles. Proper paddling technique is the hallmark for endurance which is achieved through the efficient use of energy. This translates directly into you being out on the water longer, able to go farther and with less fatigue. Sounds pretty awesome right? As with all our clinics, space is limited to 5 participants and like all there is NO equipment hard sell. If you need gear let us know! Note that this clinic is held on the third Saturday of each month in the summer starting in June! • What to bring • Important to know
