I am starting this group because I was following a plant-based diet and greatly improved my health in all ways. I followed this for 3 years and my measured arterial health improved from a 60 year old equivalent to a 50 year old equivalent in the period of 3 years. ... Then I moved to the south.
We have so many great sources of great food in the area, but it seems like perhaps we lack the support networks in the restaurants, and perhaps, our own kitchens. Join me and let's support each other by sharing tips, recipes and general support through simply supporting each other and having some fun!
