Want to run faster, longer, with fewer injuries? Avoid injury and run easier with the Pose(R) Method of running! Pose(R) teaches you proper running form and cadence to maximize efficiency and minimize the pounding created by poor form and the risk of injury that comes with it.
Run faster, stay healthy, and achieve your full potential with Pose Running! Clinic includes: an introductory lecture, videotaping of your current form, introduction to pose, individual and partner drills, practice runs, videotaping of new form, drills handout, and refreshments. Your video analysis will be emailed to you after the clinic.
The Pose Clinic will be $35 for CrossFit Slipstream Members and $45 for Non-Members. Pre-Registration is required by March 29th, 2019.
