Learning about the nature of happiness is catching on. By shifting our emphasis to the building blocks of positive psychology such as discovering our strengths, finding meaning in work, learning to appreciate the people who care for you, and even understanding how hardship can teach invaluable lessons, we can earn a lot about what can make us happy. By introducing evidence based positive psychology strategies into your lifestyle, you in turn can improve your overall wellbeing. Positive psychology can help you deal with any of a wide spectrum of issues, from day-to day worries, to distressing events or long term challenges such as anxiety or stress.
The meetings of this group will take the following form:
Option MINI - Sharing group meetings - free of charge
These meetings are open to everyone to freely share their own thoughts, feelings, experiences, readings etc on the chosen subject.
Duration: 1h and 1/2
Place of preference: Bouneweger Stuff (the back room).
Option MIDI - Discovery Group - 20€ pp*
The participants will discover subjects like happiness, optimisms, emotions, self-improvement and development through professional presentations and discussion. The presentations will be based on the latest research in positive psychology and health psychology. Handouts and a list of further readings will be shared.
Duration 1 hour (mornings or evenings)

Option MAXI - Exploring Group - 50€pp*
The aim of the Exploration group is to give you a foundation in positive psychology tools and plan practices that will improve mood and increase your happiness, well-being and quality of life. This type of meetings will be interactive, informational and fun with the additional benefit of the professional support from the organisers.
Duration: 2 h (mornings or evenings)
