Life is way too short to miss out on because you are stressed!
Mindful Stress Management is a ‘hands-on’ approach with with a number of specific strategies to getting the stress ‘out of your body and mind’ and applying skills for preventing stress to accumulate.
We use the Mindfulness as a way of being present - to be used in all activities, wether working, being social, being with your family and friends - or living life in general.

This is a group for people who would like to meet to explore how to use mindful stress management tools for a better, more relaxed life.
