Hello, my name is Alin and I am searching for new ways to overcome anxiety . I am running this group in hopes to provide people with a safe environment where they can come and gain support from some amazing people who understand just what you are going through. I am not a trained professional(just a student in Psychology ,for the moment )but just someone who has a passion to help others. I wanted to keep this group going so that I can help with others that are dealing with anxiety . I feel that human interaction, discussion and experiential learning are also key to finding more happiness in life. If you are interested in coming to a place where you can find ways to effectively deal with anxiety and depression, then feel free to come by and see what we are about, but if you just want a place to dwell on your misfortune and misery, then unfortunately this will not be the right group for you. Overcoming anxiety and depression requires taking action (along with education) and that is our primary goal
