Our range of Stress-Less Offerings are created to help you unwind, ease tension, get in touch with your body and gaining a new perspective on opportunities that parenthood (or parent-to-be-hood) brings.
Find your inner strength in our weekly Luxmama-2B Pilates class, a Luxmama ParentPrep Stress-Less offering.
The Luxmama-2B Pilates class is designed for all expecting Luxmamas who are 12 weeks pregnant right up until birth.
This class is lead by specially qualified Pilates instructor Clare Marie Trono and is designed to help you feel good throughout your pregnancy. With a max. of 6 luxmamas per class, Clare Marie provides a safe and comfortable environment for you to keep fit, help improve posture and help prepare the body and mind for childbirth.
