Hi and welcome to my meetup for outdoor personal group fitness training. This group is open to anyone who is interested in improving their fitness, losing weight, getting stronger and becoming more flexible. My classes are primarily focused on quality, not quantity meaning I'm looking for proper form and technique while using full range of motion. Each exercise circuit is timed to ensure everyone goes at their own pace. I also use progression and regression methods based on fitness levels to ensure you are getting to most out your workout. I don't like to call my class boot camp because it sounds like a hard core, going all out until you puke class. Rather, I like to call it personal group training because its intimate in size and I can give the small groups of 10 or less individualized attention. Its like having a personal trainer for a fraction of the cost!
